This guide takes you from a brand-new workspace to a completed inspection with a delivered report. It should take about fifteen minutes end to end.
1. Set up your workspace
Your workspace holds your team, branding, and every inspection record. Start in Settings so reports and invitations carry your company identity from the first job.
- Add your logo, brand color, and company details under Settings → Branding.
- Invite inspectors and office staff under Team → Members, assigning each a role.
- Choose your capture policy under Settings → Capture: required photo count, GPS, and watermarking.
2. Schedule or start an inspection
There are two ways to begin. Use Quick Start when a customer is already on the phone, or schedule ahead when you need a confirmed time slot.
- Quick Start needs only a name and a mobile number — the link sends instantly.
- Scheduling sends a calendar invite plus reminder messages before the appointment.
- Self-serve inspections let the customer capture on their own time, with the same evidence rules.
3. Run the live call
The customer taps their link and joins from the mobile browser — no app install, no account. You see their camera, guide them with pointer and drawing tools, and capture photos straight into the record.
- Capture photos at full sensor resolution while staying on the call.
- Attach notes to individual photos so the report reads in order.
- Use torch, zoom, and camera flip remotely when the customer cannot manage it.
4. Send the report
When you end the call, the report is assembled automatically: photos, notes, verdicts, capture metadata, and your branding. Review it, then deliver it by email or as a share link with an expiry.
Frequently asked
- Does the customer need to install anything?
