Using the verification portal

The verification portal is for the people who receive your evidence. They do not need an account, and they do not need to trust your word — they check the record themselves.
What the recipient sees
Opening a certificate link re-runs verification live. The page reports whether the sealed manifest still matches the current evidence, when it was sealed, and which workspace issued it.
- A pass means every photo, note, and metadata field matches the seal.
- A failure names what changed rather than simply refusing.
- A revoked seal is shown as revoked, with the revocation time.
Downloading proof
Recipients can download a one-page Certificate of Integrity for a claim file, and the raw verification JSON if their own systems need to store the result.
Controlling disclosure
You decide what the portal reveals. GPS coordinates and reviewer notes are hidden by default and can be published per seal when the recipient needs them.

- Links stay valid until the issuing workspace revokes the seal.
- Is the underlying media public?
- No. Verification confirms integrity without exposing the full media library.
