AI Assist
Remote Inspection & Support AI Assist — like having a specialist watch every call with your agent
Built into Virtual Inspection Pro, AI Assist is our special AI-powered assistant helping admins turn video calls into fast resolutions. It sees what your agent sees, makes sense of the picture in real time, and fetches the right answer from your own knowledge base — automatically.
The flow — from “what is this” to “here’s the fix”
There’s nothing for the customer to download and nothing for the agent to guess. AI Assist rides along in the background, quietly making sense of the video, session after session, in real time.
Pause any moment mid-call and AI Assist names the equipment, cross-references your documentation, and lines up the troubleshooting steps, safety checks, and follow-up questions to ask next. Aim the camera. Ask your question. Get your answer.
How AI Assist works
It observes
AI Assist reads the live stream moment by moment: equipment models, nameplates, loose wires, indicator lights, rust or cracking, cable routing. Whatever frame your agent is on gets turned into usable, structured detail.
It interprets
It links what's visible to a probable cause. A disconnected wire on a particular unit becomes a likely fault, scored by confidence, not just described.
It solves
It digs through your knowledge base and troubleshooting library, then surfaces the exact steps to wrap up the call, citing the source article behind each one.
Inside a session
One tap on a secure link and the customer’s camera opens directly in their browser — nothing to install. As they move the camera, AI Assist reads the environment, names the equipment, and flags anything unusual. A plain-language explanation of the issue, along with the matching documentation, appears immediately in the session panel. The agent completes the fix while notes, photos, and the summary automatically sync to your CRM.
Every answer inside Virtual Inspection Pro is sourced from your own manuals and articles — never the open internet — and comes with a citation plus a match score. Documentation is indexed for meaning, not simple keyword matching. To keep things efficient, frames are only processed when something changes on-screen, analysis halts if the tab is minimized, and a spend cap keeps costs predictable (adjustable by the agent).
Questions teams ask
- Does AI Assist use our own documentation?
- Yes. Every answer is sourced from your own manuals, articles, and troubleshooting content — never the open internet — and each suggestion arrives with a citation and a match score.
- Does the customer need to install anything?
- No. One tap on a secure link opens their camera directly in the browser on iOS and Android. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
- How is cost kept predictable?
- Frames are only processed when something changes on-screen, analysis halts when the tab is minimized, and each session carries a spend cap the agent can adjust.
- What happens when confidence is low?
- AI Assist scores every read. When confidence is low it says so and suggests follow-up questions or a closer camera angle instead of presenting a guess as an answer.
- Are the analysis frames stored?
- Frames used purely for analysis are transient. Only the images your agent deliberately captures become part of the inspection record.
